Justine was then appointed Director Consultant, giving her the opportunity to work with a leadership team of a local chapter. It was so exciting to see that all the support and care she had put into the chapter alongside the leadership team saw the Chapter become number 1 in Australia 6 times during 2019. Her next role was Area Director, working with 7 Chapters and their Director Consultants in a support capacity, with the largest chapter having 55 members at the time.

In 2018, Justine project managed the first BNI Australia National Conference on the Gold Coast with over 600 attendees. And still to this day, Justine helps to oversee the organizing of the BNI Conference.

In 2020, Justine and her family moved from the Gold Coast to Port Macquarie, NSW, and the very first thing she did was become a BNI member. Soon afterwards, Justine became a Director Consultant, providing support to some more leadership teams and chapters.

Mid 2021, an opportunity arose for Justine to become a BNI Executive Director in Logan and surrounding regions, and knowing this would bring her back home closer to her family, she gladly accepted and today is the proud owner of BNI Brisbane Southside. Starting with only 1 chapter in September 2021, today there is 3 chapters with another couple on the horizon.

With the mindset that “anything is possible”, Justine has seen doors open, opportunities present themselves and new relationships form. BNI has been more than business growth for Justine as her own personal growth has been outstanding. Justine loves what she does, gives generously, and loves to support others to reach their goals.
